type of products Fullstopkart deals with?
Fullstopkart deal with handmade products like
home décor, gifts, multipurpose boxes, etc. We also make customized products as
per the customer taste.
Ø How
to place an order?
We accept orders both online and offline.
But in the current situation you can place orders through the messenger
platform that is Facebook messenger and Whatsapp messenger. Another way to

Ø How
to collaborate with Fullstopkart?
People who are producing handmade products or
are into handcrafted products can connect with us through facebook or whatsapp
messenger to get on board as a vendor partner in our platform.
Ø Whether
you have a return policy or not?
Yes we have a return policy for certain
products. Conditions of successful approval of a return request are defective,
damaged and item not as mentioned. Also it has to be unused, the original bill
should be there, original packaging/ box should be undamaged and intact,
without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Ø How
to place an exchange request?
Please place a request through facebook or
whatsapp messenger within 3 days of delivery with photograph of product,
photograph of product packaging and mentioning your order id. Customers have to
return the product at their own cost.
Ø How to
cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before dispatch of the
product by requesting through whatsapp and facebook messenger.
Ø What
is your payment process?
Payment can be done only online through internet
banking, debit card, UPI account. And then you have to send the screenshot of
the payment transaction with the product code mentioned below the product
image. We don’t have cash on delivery options.
Ø In
how many days will the refund be done?
Refunds will be initiated within 4 to 5 working
days of receiving and approving the request. Product cost will be paid but one
way logistic cost will be charged to the customer as mentioned in the above
question.
Ø What
is the medium of refund?
The medium of refund is through UPI account or
bank account number.
Ø How
to check my order status?
For the time being order status will be updated
through messenger after dispatch of the product.
